Everything reaches contact@aiweb3.co.im. There is no contact form on this site, because a form either posts nowhere, which is dishonest, or posts somewhere and quietly collects an IP address and a browser fingerprint you never agreed to hand over.
Before anything else
We will never ask you to connect a wallet, sign a message, approve a token allowance, disclose a seed phrase or private key, install an extension, or send funds anywhere. There is no support agent, no giveaway, no airdrop and no recovery service operating under our name. Anything that does those things is impersonating us, and the correct response is to ignore it.

Commitments
What those numbers actually mean.
Five business days
A substantive reply, not an acknowledgement with nothing in it. If something needs longer than that, we say so inside the five days and give you a date.
Thirty days
The period Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 set for access and correction. Verifying who you are happens inside that period rather than on top of it. A refusal comes with written reasons, the ground relied on, and how to complain about it.
What we will not ask you for
We will not ask for identity documents, a photograph of a licence, a wallet signature, or proof of holdings. For a company whose only personal information is correspondence, the address you wrote from is what we can verify, and pretending to a higher level of confidence would be theatre.
If our answer does not satisfy you
Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001, telephone 1300 363 992, oaic.gov.au. There is no fee, you do not need a lawyer, and you do not need our agreement. The OAIC will normally expect you to have given us 30 days first.
Complaints that are not about privacy
If you think something we have published is misleading, tell us and tell the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au. If you think we have strayed across a financial services line, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission takes reports at asic.gov.au. We would rather you raised it than assumed somebody else had.
